Dr. Garcia is a Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgeon at the University of California Riverside.  In addition to the full spectrum of urogynecologic conditions his specific interests include Cosmetic Gynecology and Energy Based Therapy.  He is the chair of a Joint IUGA/AUGS working group to establish standardized terminology for Cosmetic Gynecology was a working group member of an AUGS Consensus Statement on Energy Based Devices.
